Last order date for Christmas deliveries is Thursday 17th December, which will be sent out Friday 18th December. Couriers do not guarantee this will get your parcels to you for Christmas but this is their cut off date for arriving by Christmas.
How will my parcel be sent?
All orders to mainland UK are sent using a courier on a 3-4 day delivery service (unless next day delivery stated). Orders over £50 are free p&p, Medium orders under £50 are £5.90 p&p and small orders under £50 are £4.50 p&p. All parcels are sent tracked and larger orders require a signature at your end. Please make sure someone is in to sign for it.
How do I know when it will arrive?
Most orders are sent through My Hermes and take between 3-4 days. If your order is large and next day delivery is stated then the courier will contact you for a delivery time slot.
What is the dispatch time from ordering?
All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise stated.
All orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exception of a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on the Tuesday.
What areas outside of mainland UK will I have to pay postage on?
Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Shetlands, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey. Please drop us an email if ordering from somewhere else outside of mainland UK, for an accurate postage quote for your order.
Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes but please contact us FIRST (before checkout) via email to arrange delivery to the EU and for an accurate quote to your postal address.
What do you use for packaging?
Where possible, all of our packaging is environmentally friendly. We use biodegradable eco fill to fill gaps in boxes, recycled bubble wrap- also recyclable after use, recycled tissue paper, recyclable cardboard boxes and recycled paper.
Some smaller individual items come from the suppliers with their own packaging including plastic covers, which cannot be vouched for regarding their eco credentials.
Individual items are hand wrapped with care, using both protection and beautiful wrapping with our bespoke tissue paper and stickers.
We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if for any reason you need to return, please read the notes below.
What if my package arrives and something is broken?
We take every care to make sure items are packed well and securely, but if something should arrive broken in your parcel, then please advise us immediately on noticing, via email so that we can arrange for it to be collected and a new one sent out to you.
If the item that is broken cannot be replaced, due to it being a one off or out of stock, then we will arrange for a refund to the value of this item only.
What if an item is faulty?
If you receive an item that appears to be faulty, please drop us an email straight away explaining the issue, and we will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty.
Please note, many of the items that make up each collection are hand crafted, vintage or antique, which is always noted in the product descriptions, if these items show signs of wear, small marks or slight differences to the image shown, this is due to its originality, which we believe makes it so unique. These are not deemed as faults.
What if my package arrives and I change my mind about it?
As long as everything is undamaged and in its original packaging still, with exception of removing the tissue paper to view it, then you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us via email with your reasons for wishing to return it and we will arrange for the package to be collected by our couriers. Once the items are back with us, you will receive a full refund.
In this circumstance, the cost of postage for the item to be collected will be your responsibility. You will be emailed this cost when requesting a refund.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it is despatched (usually within 48 hours after ordering) and receive a full refund. Once the order is despatched, which you will receive notification for, you will have to follow the guide to returning an item you changed your mind on.
In this circumstance, you are responsible for paying collection costs to return the items.
